A formidable Minotaur of the Khan clan, Tai Khan is the most senior member of Full Circle besides Rho Shu himself. At the first Full Circle Martial Arts Tournament, Tai Khan proved his prowess and won the tournament, earning the prize of a giant, 3-handed sword made by Rho Shu himself.

Tai Khan spends a great deal of time as bodyguard to Ma Chi, daughter of Rho Shu. Tai Khan and Ma Chi have developed a close friendship, and Ma Chi shows more interest in the Minotars' cause than her father.
