Working with Hexes - Creating a Hex Board |

1. Create a grid-aligned box around your hex |

2. Select the hex and the box around it 3. Copy them and drag the copied selection up or down 2 cm |

4. Repeat step 3 to create a column of hexes (Odd numbers of hexes work best. Make lots of them. They are hard to add later!) 5. Delete the grid aligned boxes you created |

6. Rotate the column 30 degrees 7. Create a new grid-aligned box around the column |
 |
|
8. Select the column and the box around it 9. Copy them and drag the copied selection right or left 2 cm |
 |
|
10. Repeat step 9 until you have enough columns 11. Delete the grid aligned boxes you created |
