I think one of the most important projects we can get started on right now, is modeling and animating the Squawk models:
It can be time consuming to get the model right in the first place, so as our manpower becomes available, it makes sense to get started on this now.
Obviously we need to model the races we are most likely to use in a game first, starting with the Xanadu races, and second the races found on the most worlds
High quality blender models can also be used for animation and 2D rendering.
It also makes sense for our animation efforts to go into squawk models that could be LGPLed, such as dinosaur, bird, and crocodile models, and put on the FGA.
Developing sound-effects and getting the basic hack-and-slash game working is also vital.
