Imps

In Squawk pterosaurs are divided into two groups based on body plan (see also Wyverns.) "Imps" are small, short-necked and long-tailed. The long tail is often decorated with a small barb at the end. Imps are furry except for their fleshy wings and lipless toothy snouts. Although most Imps are harmless or even helpful in controlling pests, they have developed a bad reputation because some species are scavengers and pests - especially to fishermen and farmers who may blame them for lost catches or stolen eggs and chicks.
